Loving Maths Grade (R)K – Grade 3

Do you have a child in Kindergarten (Grade R) – Grade 8 that loves thinking outside of the box?  Do they love brainteasers and problem solving? Well we have good news for you. We were always planning to take over the world but it looks like it happened sooner than expected. We are a STEAM-based enrichment NGO and we teach a few thousand students a week. While we have been around for 29 years, we have been in the online space for the past 10 years.  

We have launched our regular weekly Living and Loving Maths classes online.   These are maths enrichment and extension classes that will target Grade R (kindergarten/Year 1) to Grade 8(Year 8). 

The lessons are great fun and a wonderful opportunity for the students to mix with other students from around the world.  The Grade R-3 sessions are only 30 mins each and we expose the students to problem solving using stories.  The sessions are entertaining and often the students are not even aware that it is a maths session.  

The Grade 4-8 students spend an hour solving brainteasers, puzzles, games, discussions, role playing, etc.  We look at maths from an interesting perspective and focus on how to approach problems, how to articulate your solutions and it is all done without the pressure of marks or assessments.
