She is a highly accomplished Cosmic Educator, STEM Champion. She has received 12 Regional Emmys and five Gracie Awards for her children's series Janet's Planet that airs on 140+ public television stations nationwide.
Her work has been widely recognized for its quality and educational value.
She has also been praised for her ability to make science education accessible and fun for children of all ages. Each day brings a new mission and new expert guests from the scientific community. Astronaut challenges, science experiments, and hands-on experiences will boost student confidence in their STEAM abilities.
